An international boutique finance firm in the energy sector specialising in international investments is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the business on a maternity cover basis.

The company’s work broadly falls into two areas: delivering technical solutions such as renewable energy and storage projects, and providing advisory or facilitation services to help stakeholders make informed decisions about energy systems.

You will be responsible for:

Reporting to the EA and providing seamless support to a team of 10 people
Coordinating international travel including organising travel to remote locations and assisting with visa applications
Managing office operations, including liaising with suppliers and vendors
Coordinating company events and greeting external guests in a professional and friendly manner
Managing company-wide diaries and ensuring accurate scheduling of internal and external meetings

Experience and Requirements:

At least two years of team secretarial experience within a fast‑paced corporate environment and strong office management skills
Extensive international travel coordination experience
Availability for a maternity cover beginning mid to end of June
