Location: City Of London

A highly respected boutique executive search firm is seeking a Research & Document Support Coordinator to join its busy and growing team on an initial 4-6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong document production skills to support a fast-paced executive search environment. Working closely with consultants and researchers, you will play a key role in producing high-quality client and candidate documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, professional, and delivered to the highest standards.

What you’ll do:
  • Create, format, and edit PowerPoint presentations and client-facing search documentation.
  • Produce and maintain candidate profiles, CVs, and assessment reports.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and formatting standards.
  • Proofread and quality-check materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation.
  • Support multiple search teams with the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Manage document updates and version control across active assignments.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative and project support tasks as required.
Who you’re looking for:
  • Previous experience supporting executive search, recruitment, professional services, consulting, or similar environments.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional presentations.
  • Strong experience formatting CVs, reports, and business documents.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes in a support-focused role.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively within a busy team environment.
