Currently fully remote but in 2024 we return to our new office and the role will be fully onsite.

The Role

We’re looking for a super organised EA to join our Operations Team and play an instrumental part in the day-to-day smooth running and providing EA support to our executive team.

This role reports to our Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

Executive assistant to CEO and COO:

  • Manage professional scheduling for Executive leadership team, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to the Executive leadership team
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
  • Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
  • Provide operational support across the business where needed

  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential or otherwise sensitive information

  • Ability to balance numerous projects and priorities effectively
