About the Administrative Assistant roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving investment firm! The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the leadership team and wider office operations.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team and wider stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate complex calendars across multiple timezones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Act as a key point of contact for the London office.
- Assist with internal events.
- Support general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, printing, and meeting room set up.
- Any other additional ad‑hoc administrative support.
- Previous administrative experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive and can‑do attitude.
- High attention to detail.
Salary is £30K - £40K, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits. Canary Wharf location. Full‑time, permanent role. Hybrid, 2 days WFH per week.
