Overview

London Office, with a blend of home and office-based working

Fixed term contract until 31 December 2027

Part time, 21 hours per week

£31,925 pro rata per annum (Part time salary £19,155 per annum)

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the memberships function, including processing member payments and applications.
  • Respond to member and candidate queries via email and telephone.
  • Process member updates to records and manage returned communications.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Good level of customer service and experience processing high volumes of data to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; high level of professionalism and time management.
  • Experience using CRM systems; comfortable handling and processing high volumes of data.
  • Familiar with GDPR; attention to detail and accuracy.
