Executive Assistant – Entertainment Brand – Central London

We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment. This is a varied and hands‑on role requiring someone proactive, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Prioritise and respond to emails on behalf of senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow‑ups
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track actions
  • Monitor key projects, deadlines, and business priorities
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and contact records
  • Process expenses and support finance‑related admin
  • Organise events, including team socials and off‑sites
  • Provide administrative support across the wider team as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
