Location: City of Westminster

You will act as the first point of contact in the Workforce division in respect of the communications and marketing functions, including newsletters and social media presence.

Responsibilities
  • Produce a monthly magazine‑style Workforce newsletter.
  • Keep the Workforce intranet pages up to date.
  • Liaise with staff about new training programmes, workforce developments and events and how best to advertise and showcase them to relevant audiences.
  • Support the Workforce division staff in planning and running events as required.
  • Produce promotional materials, e.g. for Long Service Awards.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with a range of people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Sound understanding of the importance of communications within an organisation.
  • Experience of using social media for a variety of purposes.
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and cope with changing demands.
  • Ability to work calmly and positively within a busy multi‑functioning environment.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Enjoys taking on a varied role and is willing to support colleagues as necessary.
