About the role
We are seeking to recruit a secretary with a passion for high‑quality customer care to work within the Urology Department. This is a full‑time role.
Communicate with patients, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders. Deal with day‑to‑day correspondence, receive telephone calls, accept messages on behalf of members of the specialty team and take appropriate action. Prioritise your own work efficiently and effectively, highlighting any issues to the Band
4. Type all forms of clinical correspondence as dictated by medical staff, using audio or copy typing.

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the current admin team, consultants, associate specialists, and other allied health professionals. Must use your own initiative, work well with others, be able to work independently and approach others for support. Excellent IT and typing skills are required.
