Due to our continued success, we are expanding our team and looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing Pixi family.

To assist the Marketing Operations team with the day-to-day administrative management of the global operations marketing program from July 2026 - July 2027. Enabling the continued accuracy of assembly and shipping of our PR program.

• Track Inbound shipments for the program and keep the timelines update, reporting back any discrepancies to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
• Reviewing timelines for future events and ensuring management team are aware of priorities.
• Assisting with the shipping of QC test for program launches, tracking deliveries to head offices and documenting approvals
• Creating assembly specs for new programs and sending to warehouses for assembly quotes.
• Keeping track of assembly builds executed on time, escalating to Senior Marketing Operations Manager, if any delays.
• Assist with courier confirmation. CI’s and any necessary paperwork for shipping.
• Visiting warehouses to review and confirm quality of assembly builds.
• End of project reporting to review remaining inventory and gap analysis.
• Scouting for new ambassadors to be added to our program
• Sourcing of Swag and packaging materials.
• Support the ops team in year-end process. (Project based)

• Must have an eye for detail, superb organisational skills and administrative abilities.
• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Operations or a similar field
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to learn and have a positive team player attitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Understanding the flow of Marketing Operations and Supply Chain.
• Maintaining tracking documents and understanding the importance of data accuracy.
• Understanding the Quality Assurance processes.
• Excel training on pivot tables and formulas.
• How to effectively communicate to internal and external parties.
• Time management including personal to do list management and completing a task to the deadline.
• Timeline management and critical paths.
• Problem solving and being solution driven.
