Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Overview
We are looking for experienced Administrators to join NELFT bank, who are able to work flexibly on an as and when basis. We are looking for temporary staff with previous experience of working in a busy office environment, excellent organisation, communication and administration skills ideally with previous experience working in a Senior Secretarial/Administrative role. The successful candidate will provide a responsive and efficient administrative service to meet the needs of the team and will use their reason, intellect and judgement to work on their own initiative to deal with matters on behalf of their Manager.
They will be an effective decision maker, who is able to prioritise own workload whilst responding to interruptions. Please note that whilst hours are flexible on bank, admin shifts are usually required within office hours, Monday Friday. The majority of available roles require for staff to work in person in the office.
