At Paragon, our Front of House team plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for every visitor. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to become the face of our business, ensuring clients, suppliers, partners and colleagues receive a warm welcome and exceptional service at all times.
What you'll be doing:- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring visitor passes and Wi-Fi access are provided
- Maintain office security by managing visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage meeting requirements
- Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and events
- Prepare meeting rooms with stationery, refreshments and presentation materials
- Ensure meeting rooms are cleared and reset following use
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
- Manage the Condeco desk booking system and support colleagues with bookings
- Order and maintain stationery, kitchen supplies and office consumables
- Manage deliveries, post distribution and supplier relationships
- Support new starter inductions, including coordinating equipment, access passes and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of reception expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure reception, kitchen and communal areas remain tidy and presentable
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including printing, scanning and document preparation
- Assist with company events, charity initiatives, presentations and seasonal activities
- Previous Front of House, Reception or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Solid administrative and IT skills
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Excellent punctuality, reliability and professionalism
