At Paragon, our Front of House team plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for every visitor. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to become the face of our business, ensuring clients, suppliers, partners and colleagues receive a warm welcome and exceptional service at all times.

What you'll be doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Welcome and check in guests, ensuring visitor passes and Wi-Fi access are provided
  • Maintain office security by managing visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage meeting requirements
  • Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings and events
  • Prepare meeting rooms with stationery, refreshments and presentation materials
  • Ensure meeting rooms are cleared and reset following use
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
  • Manage the Condeco desk booking system and support colleagues with bookings
  • Order and maintain stationery, kitchen supplies and office consumables
  • Manage deliveries, post distribution and supplier relationships
  • Support new starter inductions, including coordinating equipment, access passes and schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of reception expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure reception, kitchen and communal areas remain tidy and presentable
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including printing, scanning and document preparation
  • Assist with company events, charity initiatives, presentations and seasonal activities
What we're looking for:
  • Previous Front of House, Reception or Customer Service experience
