This role is pivotal in administrating and facilitating the coordination of shutdowns, ensuring that all scheduled preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and emergent works are executed efficiently within critical buildings.

The successful applicant will be responsible for booking engineers, scheduling work orders, and managing completion of tasks using Maximo. A robust understanding of overseeing emergencies and liaising with contractors and clients is essential for this role.
