Film Screenings Programme Assistant – support BAFTA’s year‑round film screenings programme at 195 Piccadilly, including new releases, anniversary screenings and special events. Coordinate film materials, manage inbox enquiries, maintain programming data, and support event delivery. Work in a small, fast‑paced team, liaising with distributors, internal stakeholders and handling evening events when required.
Qualifications- Highly organized and proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to manage inbox queries and build relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics and managing competing priorities
- Able to process and maintain data accurately, including programming and audience statistics
- Strong team player with a flexible approach and willingness to support across multiple work streams
- Passionate about film, with awareness of the industry, including current releases and classics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and ideally experienced with databases or CRM systems
