Administration (Single Point of Access)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work within the Single Point of Access Admin Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑standard administrative support to Adult Community Nurses, Clinical Assessment Team, District Nurses, Community Matrons, Specialist Nurses, Service Users and external agencies.
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls while maintaining a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
- Support the efficient operation of the messaging service and process referrals.
- Work collaboratively as a good team player, using strong administrative and IT skills.
- Manage own workload independently and meet targets.
- Experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to the role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom or meet UKVI eligibility for the Skilled Worker visa sponsorship; applicants must meet UKVI criteria.
