Your day-to-day will be varied and dynamic, involving everything from monitoring contractor performance and contract compliance to resolving invoice queries, raising purchase orders and recording expenditure. Taking a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to everything you do, you’ll maintain accurate records, documentation and systems to support effective contract delivery.

You’ll also work alongside contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to respond to queries and identify, track and

Most importantly, you’ll put Westminster’s residents and communities at the heart of everything you do — ensuring they can count on safe, secure, high-quality temporary accommodation.

An established professional with experience in an administrative, coordination or support role within housing, property, contracts or compliance, you’ll have supported contract administration processes in the past. You’ll have some experience of monitoring or tracking performance indicators, and of supporting financial, compliance, audit or inspection processes through accurate record keeping.

On a personal level, you’ll be a true team player with strong organisational, administrative and communication skills. Your attention to detail will be second to none, and you’ll be confident handling data, coordinating meetings and activities, and working to tight deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team putting residents across Westminster first, and to supercharge your career in the process.
