Location: City of Westminster

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a complex and demanding diary for the Managing Director, ensuring the most effective use of time across internal, client and external commitments.
  • Co‑operate with the Executive Assistant and Business Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of the Executive Office and wider business priorities.
  • Coordinate meeting papers, briefings and presentations, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and Executive Offices across the Group.
  • Support an extensive domestic and international travel schedule across the UK, North America and other key business locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sector Heads, Relationship Directors, Executive Offices and a broad network of Personal Assistants.
  • Manage expenses, corporate card approvals, invoices and gifts & hospitality processes.
  • Act as the key point of contact for the Executive Office, handling a wide range of enquiries with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience supporting a senior leader with a demanding workload and frequently changing priorities.
  • Strong diary management skills, with the ability to navigate complex schedules and adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High levels of discretion, judgement and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
  • Positive, personable and highly organised; enjoys working with people and building strong relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
