Full‑time – Permanent and 12‑month Fixed Term Contract opportunity
Working Pattern:
Hybrid, spending at least two days per week (or 40%) at an office site.
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to Managing Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking Coverage. This pivotal role enables senior leaders to operate at their best: maximising time, ensuring seamless coordination, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel.
- Build relationships internally and externally.
- Plan events and onboard new joiners.
- Handle expenses, purchase orders, and Workday processes.
- Anticipate needs and improve efficiency.
- 1year previous PA experience in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Collaborative team player.
- Adaptable to different leadership styles.
