Overview

Executive Assistant - Private Equity, £60,000 - £70,000, Central London. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a first-class Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded private equity firm based in the heart of London. Supporting an accomplished Managing Director and a team of five investment professionals, this is a true right-hand role requiring an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will become an integral part of a high-performing team, providing seamless support while building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients. This position is ideally suited to an Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of service, and has the confidence to anticipate needs before they arise.

What you’ll do
  • Providing proactive, high-level support to a Managing Director and reports.
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating extensive international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodation and chauffeurs.
  • Organising meetings, investor roadshows and client events, ensuring every detail is managed to the highest standard.
  • Preparing presentations, meeting packs and documentation ahead of key meetings.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, investors and senior stakeholders, always representing the business with professionalism and discretion.
  • Processing expenses and assisting with wider team administration.
  • Building strong working relationships across the business while remaining one step ahead of priorities.
What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar role within financial services.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a naturally proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A calm, composed manner with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Absolute discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
