Job Overview

Temporary Data Transfer Administrator – 8‑week contract based in the City of London. Working hours 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, hybrid with laptop provided. Rate up to £15 per hour plus holiday accrual.

• Transfer and organise company information between systems.
• Recreate documents, layouts and content accurately.
• Check data for completeness, formatting and accuracy.
• Support teams across the business with information migration.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain data quality.

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written English, spelling and grammar skills.
• Comfortable working with different systems and technology.
• Methodical approach and willingness to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling information.
