Job Summary

We are seeking an organised, professional and customer‑focused School Office Administrator to join us on a one‑year fixed‑term contract to provide maternity cover within our busy school office. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the school's reception and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming front‑of‑house service and manage enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and support a range of administrative and school event activities.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience as an administrator in a school or similar setting preferred.
