Location: City Of London

Montagu Evans LLP in London seeks a proactive Business Services coordinator to provide diary, meeting, and administrative support to the CMT. You will act as a central point of coordination across senior stakeholders and help ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities include diary management, invoicing in Net Suite, travel arrangements, and document preparation. You will also support onboarding and contribute to process improvements within the Business Services team.
