Responsibilities- Providing high-level PA support to senior executives.
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating office operations and facilities.
- Organising meetings, events, and catering.
- Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence.
- Liaising confidently with internal teams and external clients.
- Supporting the wider business with administration and office management duties.
- Has previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Concur and PowerPoint.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Is available to start immediately.
- £25.00 per hour plus holiday pay
