Up to 90% of our temp community work exclusively with us. For more than 16 years, we have partnered with private equity firms, asset managers, hedge funds, venture capital firms and UHNW family offices, building trusted, ongoing relationships that provide consistent, well matched opportunities for our brilliant temps.

Our assignments range from short term holiday cover to longer term ongoing roles, giving you the flexibility to work in a way that suits your schedule while gaining exposure to a variety of businesses and teams. Many of our career temps enjoy the ability to take breaks between roles, pursue other commitments and maintain control over their time.

Typical responsibilities:

• Complex diary and inbox management
• Arranging detailed travel itineraries
• Processing expenses
• Providing seamless administrative support to teams and senior stakeholders

• Fully office based roles across London (primarily the West End and Mayfair), with occasional hybrid flexibility
• Competitive hourly rates, typically up to £33ph plus holiday pay, depending on experience

Experience with in private equity, boutique finance or similarly fast paced environments is highly desirable.
