Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Property Finance and Operations Assistant to provide broad financial and administrative support in a small team. The role offers part-time flexibility with scope to develop as responsibilities grow, reporting to the Financial Controller.
You will raise rent demands, process invoices, perform reconciliations and maintain ledgers using Propman, while supporting VAT, end-of-quarter activity and charity administration as needed.
