Assistant Proposals Manager

Location:

Full-time in London (Farringdon)

Need to also come from a strong construction background

• Coordinate and preparation of prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender submissions.
• Develop and actively manage proposal deadlines to ensure they are met
• Act as the central point of coordination between estimating, planning, design, commercial, and operational teams.
• Compile, format, and quality-check submission documents to ensure consistency and compliance to PQQ/tender deliverables.
• Produce high-quality proposal documents, including formatting, layout, graphics coordination, and branding alignment.
• Manage document version control and maintain a structured filing system using SharePoint.
• Maintain and update a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and technical content.
• Support the development of tailored responses aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Support in the update of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Review tender documentation to ensure all submission requirements are fully understood and met.
• Coordinate completion of compliance matrices and checklists.
• Ensure adherence to company governance procedures and approval processes prior to submission.
