Executive Team Assistant 4-Month Temporary Contract Up to £25 per hour

Tay Associates are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Asset Management firm to recruit an experienced and proactive Executive Team Assistant for a 4-month temporary assignment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident EA with experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment. You will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders and their teams.

This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Organising domestic and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Processing expenses accurately and efficiently.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing inboxes and helping senior leaders prioritise key actions and commitments.
  • Providing wider administrative support to the team as required.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
About You
  • Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ideally, experience within Asset Management, Financial Services or another professional services environment
    .
  • Excellent diary and inbox management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused, with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
