Position: Butler / Personal Assistant / Wardrobe Manager
Location: City Of London

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced, highly organised and hands-on Butler / Personal Assistant / Wardrobe Manager to support a busy Principal and their partner and ensure their day-to-day private life and London residence run seamlessly. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring someone who naturally anticipates needs, takes ownership and gets things done. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing the day-to-day demands from the Principal, allowing them to optimise their time and focus on what matters most to them.

The role combines private PA and lifestyle support, wardrobe management, household and property oversight, staff coordination, vehicle management and pet care. You will work closely with the Principal’s Executive Assistant and Housekeeper and act as a key point of contact across their private life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive day-to-day private PA and lifestyle support to the Principal and their partner
  • Anticipating requirements and proactively resolving matters before they require the Principal’s attention
  • Arranging personal appointments, reservations, activities and other lifestyle requirements
  • Coordinating closely with the Executive Assistant, who retains overall ownership of the Principal’s diary
  • Managing personal correspondence, mail, parcels, purchases and deliveries
  • Comprehensive wardrobe management, ensuring clothing, accessories and personal items are impeccably organised and ready when required
  • Coordinating laundry, dry cleaning, tailoring, alterations, shoe care and specialist garment care
  • Packing and unpacking and preparing clothing and personal items for travel
  • Personal shopping, sourcing items and managing purchases, returns and exchanges
  • Ensuring the residence and the Principal’s personal areas remain tidy, organised and exceptionally well maintained
  • Working closely with and coordinating the Housekeeper and other household staff
  • Establishing effective household systems, inventories and checklists
  • Monitoring household and personal supplies and ensuring preferred items are always available
  • Overseeing property maintenance and liaising with contractors, suppliers and service providers
  • Supporting and monitoring an upcoming property renovation
  • Managing household and personal expenses, invoices and receipts
  • Overseeing the Principal’s vehicles, including servicing, maintenance, insurance, MOTs, detailing and associated administration
  • Assisting with the care and organisation of requirements relating to two cats
  • Handling ad hoc requests and one-off projects with efficiency and discretion
Candidate Profile
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting an HNW/UHNW Principal within a private household, as a Butler, Private PA, Lifestyle Manager or Wardrobe Manager
  • You will be highly hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and discretion are essential
  • You must be comfortable managing both administrative and practical responsibilities and working collaboratively with household staff and external suppliers
  • Strong written and spoken English, a full UK driving licence, excellent references and the flexibility to undertake occasional travel
  • The role requires a 24/7 mindset, with flexibility and availability outside standard working hours when required
