An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant supporting two Senior Executive Leaders within a leading UK membership organisation. The successful postholders will provide high-level executive support, ensuring the smooth management of complex schedules, stakeholder engagement activities, and strategic priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive executive support, managing complex diaries and prioritising competing commitments
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, ensuring meetings, briefings, correspondence, and actions are effectively managed
- Prepare, collate, and manage meeting papers, agendas, and briefing materials
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
- Organise meetings, conferences, receptions, and stakeholder engagement events
- Draft and coordinate professional correspondence on behalf of senior leaders
- Maintain effective administrative systems to manage correspondence, meeting requests, and documentation
- Provide support for organisational events and projects as required
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation and provide support cover when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience providing executive support to senior leaders, executives, or board-level stakeholders
- Experience working within a membership organisation, professional body, charity, or similar stakeholder-led environment would be highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and events, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly professional, with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills

Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Working hours: 35 per week
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)
