Executive and Governance support officer

Job Title: Executive Assistant - Fixed Term Contract until February 2027

Location: Canary Wharf, London

About the Role / Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive governance support and involves managing diaries, email accounts, travel arrangements, and supporting various governance functions. You will contribute to effective leadership and management within the organisation while ensuring confidentiality and discretion

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage schedules effectively

· Respond to support requests

· Handle correspondence and enquiries

· Organise meetings and provide administrative support to governance boards and committees

· Produce accurate minutes and follow-up communications

· Ensure logistics for meetings are in place

Experience Requirements:

· Proven experience in executive assistance, secretariat duties, and minute-taking

· Experience organising and coordinating at executive level

· Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
