Location: City Of London
Leading International Banking and Investment firm, based close to Liverpool St station, is seeing a highly experienced, polished and professional PA/EA to support the MDs and Team (6 in total) within their highly successful M&A / Investment Banking Division.
This is a high profile, client facing role where you will be responsible for managing complex scheduling, international travel, event organisation, CRM system management and extensive client interaction.
You will possess at least 5 years PA/EA experience gained within a financial markets environment, ideally of boutique size, first class communication and inter-personal skills and great attention to detail. Comfortable working with CRM (Salesforce) systems and possessing excellent organisational, schedule management and travel organisation skills.
This exciting role offers great opportunity to develop your role in a dynamic and fast paced environment. This is a Maternity Cover role on a 12 months FTC basis. Excellent salary and benefits package with Hybrid 3/2 working.
