IT Team Administrator – 12 Month FTC
£38,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
London, Hybrid 3+2

A leading, professional services firm with a great culture and hybrid working are looking for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to provide a wide range of Admin support to their busy IT Team on a 12-month FTC.

This is a varied role combining team administration, coordination, supplier management and IT operations support, ideal for an experienced Team Assistant, PA or Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Duties
  • Purchasing IT equipment and coordinating orders with suppliers
  • Handling IT department invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Maintaining asset inventories and producing regular system and management reports
  • Managing the allocation and return of IT equipment for new starters and leavers
  • Maintaining records of IT contracts, software licences, suppliers and renewal dates
  • Coordinating with vendors and acting as a key administrative contact for suppliers
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes across the firm
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, travel and general administration for the IT team
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and documentation, and keeping IT policies and intranet content up to date
  • Providing professional administrative support to the wider IT function, including handling queries and redirecting requests to the appropriate team
You
  • Strong administrative or PA/Team Assistant experience, ideally within professional services
  • Comfortable managing suppliers, invoices, purchase orders and reconciling accounts
  • Tech savvy with a strong general knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office
  • Professional, articulate and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, reliable and happy to take ownership of tasks
  • Experience with in an IT team/Service desk environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
