- Vendor management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate production and delivery of VM materials - Timeline management:
Coordinate key project milestones and deadlines, ensuring projects remain on track - Sample management: coordinate, manage and organise the request, use, storage and return of product samples as needed by the VM department
- Campaign roll outs:
Coordinate lightbox campaign rollouts across all regions, working closely with relevant teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth and consistent execution - Document creation: use InDesign and PowerPoint to create seasonal and ad-hoc VM documents as needed
- Budget management:
Raise purchase orders, monitor and track budgets and process invoices & expenses accurately and efficiently - VM area management:
Organise and maintain the product and prop areas, ensuring it is kept tidy, accessible and well presented - Cross functional communication:
Liaise with other departments on behalf of the VM team, ensuring information is communicated clearly and actions are followed up - Meeting support:
Attend team and project meetings, taking clear and accurate notes and following up on actions where required - Travel coordination:
Organise travel and accommodation arrangements for the VM team as required - Event and onsite support:
Provide flexible onsite support to the VM team during key events, installations and campaign launches
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven administrative experience, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and take ownership of tasks
- A genuine interest in visual merchandising, retail and the fashion industry would be advantageous.
