career, joining our successful Residential Lettings team in South West London. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business activities, supporting a busy team with property marketing, client communication, invoicing, document preparation and general administration. This role offers full training, exposure to the residential property sector and the opportunity to develop valuable skills within a leading consultancy.

The successful candidate will join a friendly and collaborative team comprising a Partner, Negotiator, Property Manager and, allowing you to choose those that suit your personal circumstances including purchasing additional leave, health cash plans, cycle to work scheme and so on! Main tasks:

  • Answering the phone and directing calls as required
  • Dealing directly with clients / applicants looking to let or rent and answer any enquiries
  • Typing and organising reports where appropriate
  • Organising the marketing of the properties including arranging photographs and floor plans and EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and organising advertising
  • Arranging canvassing
  • Collating statistics
  • Progressing tenancy paperwork
  • Carrying out the occasional viewing for lettings when required
  • Organising contractors to attend to maintenance issued and informing landlords of costs or quotes where applicable.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
  • A large proportion of the day will be supporting property management with general tasks
  • Sending out utility letters and dealing with check in/check outs
  • Organising service charges for block management
  • Adding invoices to Reapit

We are seeking a motivated and organised individual who is looking to build a career within the property industry. This opportunity would suit a recent graduate or someone at the early stages of their career, with a keen interest in developing their skills within a professional office environment. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload are essential. You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and be comfortable learning new systems and technology. Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
