Job Description & How to Apply Below

Looking for flexible part time work where no two days feel exactly the same? Do you enjoy keeping things organised, helping people and being the person who makes sure the details are right? Signature Recruitment is recruiting a Programme Officer to join a friendly and busy team in Central London.

This is a temporary assignment for around two months, paying £19.21 per hour plus holiday pay. You will work 21 hours per week in a hybrid role. The preferred pattern is Monday to Wednesday, working seven hours per day, with some flexibility around start and finish times as long as the core hours of 10:00-16:00 are covered. There may also be scope to spread the 21 hours across more days for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, accurate and quick to get to grips with new systems and processes. A typical day could see you answering student queries, updating online learning platforms, managing student data, keeping shared inboxes under control and helping the wider team stay on top of key tasks. You might also support Welcome Week activity, help with module changes or mitigating circumstances, and jump into other admin where needed.

It is a varied role, so being organised, adaptable and happy to get stuck in will go a long way.

You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you learn quickly, take ownership of your work and enjoy helping things run smoothly.
