Keyresponsibilities for this Events & Communications Assistant position:
- Support the planning and delivery of a busy programme of corporate events, investor events, internal events and networking events
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, suppliers, invitations, guest communications, registrations and attendee management
- Manage RSVPs, guest lists and event administration for a range of high-profile events
- Provide on-site support at events and assist with the smooth running of each event from planning through to execution
- Maintain and update the events calendar across multiple audiences and stakeholder groups
- Support event budgeting, reporting and tracking activity
- Assist with website updates, internal communications and social media scheduling
- Help create presentations, marketing materials, event invitations and event collateral
- Maintain media and stakeholder databases
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders
- Experience gained within events, hospitality, guest relations, communications, luxury service or another client-facing environment
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and high-profile guests
- Highly professional, polished and discreet
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools within daily workflows
- Enthusiastic, resourceful and eager to develop a career as an Events Assistant
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
