Executive Assistant | Corporate/Private Equity

We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic PA/EA to support four Partners within its market-leading Corporate and Private Equity practice in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, high-performing team at the heart of a growing practice. The successful candidate will provide seamless support to four Partners, helping them manage demanding schedules, client relationships and business priorities within a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about Corporate and Private Equity. This role would suit a hands-on EA who enjoys being involved, anticipates needs before they arise and thrives in a busy, ever-changing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and business schedules
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with billing, expenses and business development activities
  • Providing proactive administrative support across the practice
What we're looking for:
  • 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
  • Previous experience supporting Corporate or PE Partners highly desired
  • A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved and add value wherever needed
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
  • High levels of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
