As Archives Workflow Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the UK’s parliamentary democracy. Your work will help Members carry out their responsibilities effectively — contributing to something bigger than any one role.

You’ll be part of a collaborative community, working alongside colleagues from a widerange of professions. Together, we make Parliament happen.

You’ll be based on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster — a unique working environment shaped by history and powered by the people who work here today.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a wide range of colleagues across Parliament and The National Archives, including archivists, digital archivists, information managers and records specialists. This provides a unique opportunity to build valuable relationships, develop expertise across multiple disciplines, and contribute to work of lasting national significance.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how Parliament preserves and manages its information for future generations. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll help establish and embed the tools, processes and best practices used to transfer records to The National Archives (TNA), as well as manage records that continue to be retained in Parliamentary custody.

Your work will support Parliament in managing information responsibly and effectively, helping to ensure compliance with information legislation while also enabling greater public understanding and engagement with Parliament's work. Through this, you’ll make a meaningful contribution to preserving and improving access to Parliament's documentary heritage.
