Transcribing clinical correspondence in support of our team of Medical Secretaries.
Produce accurate clinical correspondence in a timely manner within our current 5 day KPI whilst maintaining the highest standard of patient care
Completing necessary actions required for urgent correspondence
Work alongside and cover other Support Secretaries during absences
Provide cover for Medical Secretary absences where required (with supervision) as requested by the Assistant Service Managers.
Provide additional Admin Support as requested by the Assistant Service Managers.
GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
RSA II typing and audio or equivalent demonstrable experience, Medical Terminology or equivalent experience
Office procedures
Confidentiality & Data Protection Legislation
Proficient in using MS Office Programmes, Previous experience in an office environment
