Mandarin speaking Branding & Administration Officer- What You’ll be Doing Each Day:
- Assist in managing external relationships, corporate image promotion and events organization;
- Assist in events for external societies, e.g. CCCUK, AFB, 48 Group etc.;
- Facilitating the planning and execution of corporate events;
- Identifying brand and communication opportunity gaps and make recommendations for enhancement;
- Promote corporate image, including managing third party suppliers, branding materials, corporate website content, PR materials, etc.;
- Management of reputational risk with the intention to enhance corporate image in the market; to find solutions with guidance, including security risk and draft regular reports to and communicate with related departments of the Bank's Head Office and admin related systems;
- Administer the internal news platform on the HO system;
- Support in preparing various reports and PowerPoint materials to be presented as assigned;
- Cloud canteen management.
- Fixed-Asset Management, conduct fixed asset checks ensuring fixed asset register is kept up to date and assist with the year-end annual check
- Supervision of the Archiving process.
- Provide support for the HR & Administration Department to ensure that it operates efficiently, when needed or assigned by department Deputy Head/Head.
- Arrange temporary accommodation and provide support to expats;
- Liaison with Social Committee as necessary to organize;
- Provide support for visitor organization;
- Prepare for delegation visits to London. Pre-arrangements, including conference preparation, accommodation, transportation, meals etc.
- Liaison for the Bank's third-party service providers e.g. travel companies, airlines, accommodation services, etc.;
- Back up for admin team;
- Other Admin related matters within HR & Administration Department's responsibility scope assigned by Head and Co. Head.
- Assist with security risk assessments and reporting to Head Office. Draft regular reports to and communicate with related departments of the Bank's Head Office and admin related systems, as required;
- The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Good communication skills in both English and in Mandarin;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
- General administration experience and strong attention to detail;
- Good skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
- Multi-tasking skills and able to demonstrate initiative skills and ability to priorities tasks.
