Tiger are seeking a proactive and personable Team Assistant to support a successful and busy team of 12 within a boutique investment firm based in the West End. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on, managing multiple priorities and using their initiative to keep things running smoothly.
The successful candidate will be confident supporting a busy team with high-volume diary management, international travel and meeting coordination, whilst also taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the office. The role requires someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in providing a high level of support to both the team and wider office.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and team support to a busy team of 12
- Manage a high volume of international calls, meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex global travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics and conference attendance
- Assist with diary management and scheduling across the team
- Process expenses, collate receipts and prepare expense reports
- Raise and process invoices as required
- Support with the organisation of conferences, away days, team events and office socials
- Manage the day‑to‑day running and presentation of the office
- Prepare and clear meeting rooms and assist with general meeting logistics
- Build strong relationships across the team and wider office, anticipating needs and providing support wherever required
- Proactive, positive and happy to get involved across a broad range of tasks
- Italian speaking skills would be advantageous
- Previous experience as a PA, EA, Team Assistant or similar in a busy environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a friendly and approachable personality
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- Able to work autonomously and use initiative
- Discreet, professional and trustworthy
- Eager to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
