Junior PA – Private Client

A top law firm is recruiting a Junior Team PA to join its well-established Private Client group, working alongside a large team of partners, fee earners and business development colleagues.

In this role you will:

• Provide tailored PA support to partners, fee earners, and the BD and marketing teams
• Manage diaries and coordinate meetings, calls, room bookings and facilities
• Handle expenses and accounts payment processes
• Get involved in the billing process, including using the Aderant system
• Support ad-hoc projects, from client events to bundle management
• Be a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
• Help maintain Inter Action records for clients, BD activity and events
• Coordinate document production and formatting with clear deadlines

You will bring around two years' experience as an admin or PA within a law firm or professional services environment, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. A secretarial qualification is desirable but not essential.
