World Skills UK is looking for an organised and proactive Workforce Development Coordinator to join our Workforce Development Team.
This is a varied coordination role supporting the successful delivery of our workforce development programmes. You will help ensure programme activity is well organised, information and systems are accurate and up to date, and participants and stakeholders receive a professional and responsive service.
Working across a range of programmes and activities, you will:
- coordinate meetings, events, workshops and programme activity;
- maintain programme documentation, schedules, records and systems;
- support communications and engagement with participants and internal and external stakeholders;
- collect, validate and collate data and contribute to programme reporting;
- coordinate participant registration, onboarding and communications; and
- help identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and ways of working.
World Skills UK offers flexible hybrid working, with the postholder expected to attend our office in Farringdon 1-2 days per week.
