Contract: Part-time 3 days a week, temporary. Permanent job available for the right candidate.

Aston Education is looking for a dynamic part-time School Receptionist to join the office team at an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Lambeth as soon as possible.

This school has excellent transport links and is close to an underground station on zone 2.

Your role as a Receptionist will involve covering the busy school reception, dealing with visitors and managing the school's telephone systems and the school MIS (Arbor).

Part of the time you will also carry out general admin duties, such as logging data, recording attendance, handling petty cash and formulating letters.

Experience working at reception, preferably at a school, and good communication skills are essential. Enhanced DBS on the DBS update service is required.

The hours of this role vary based on shifts and they are either 8am to 5pm or 9am to 5pm.
