This role is to come in and work for their most profitable team with the most under management of any other team within the business. Coming in to work for their Head of Marketing, the role is busy and varied and very much need someone with high attention to detail and a muck in attitude. He is brilliant to work for with a fantastic sense of humour, you will provide further support to the wider team also.

• PA Support to Head of Marketing + 4 other individuals
  • Diary managment, travel management accomodation etc...
  • Expenses
  • Collating and distrubuting client quaterly reports
  • Client liaison, presenations, meeting packs etc...
• Marketing Support
  • Assisting with event planning and co-ordination - liaising with clients, couriers, event admin etc...
  • Pre and post event administration - i.e. invites, dietary requirements etc...
  • Administration of Charity Forum Lunches
  • Mailing lists for charity events
  • Responsible for keeping charity publications updated on external platforms
  • Attendance to events
  • Liaising with Marketing Departments - conferences, events and marketing materials

I am looking for a candidate with a positive and cheerful attitude, someone proactive, highly organised and with a muck in attitude who enjoy's being a PA who can get involved in wider projects!
