A newly established and fast-growing private equity firm is looking for a bright, polished and ambitious Junior EA to join its small London team.

This is a newly created EA position supporting two Vice Presidents, while also working closely with the Senior EA who supports the Founder. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping the team run smoothly and will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business grows.

The firm invests in cutting-edge technology and has ambitious plans for growth. The team will be moving into brand-new Mayfair offices early next year, making this an exciting time to join.

The Role
  • Provide day-to-day EA support to two Vice Presidents, including diary and meeting management.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate internal, investor and team meetings and events.
  • Manage expenses, invoices and general finance administration.
  • Maintain contacts, records and administrative systems.
  • Provide wider administrative support to the investment team.
  • Work closely with the Senior EA, providing cover and support during busy periods and annual leave.
  • Help improve processes, templates and filing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new joiners and supporting wider team projects.
  • Help with the smooth running of the office, including meeting rooms, supplies, visitors, couriers and catering.
  • Liaise with building management, suppliers and service providers.
About You

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ relevant administrative and scheduling experience within a corporate environment and will be bright, driven, switched-on and polished, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn, develop and progress their career.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, Team Assistant, Office Support or Junior EA role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A discreet and professional approach to confidential information.
  • A proactive, practical attitude with good judgement.
  • A willingness to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility.
  • A professional, approachable and service-focused manner.
  • Experience with in a corporate environment; financial services, professional services, private equity or investment banking experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
