Team Assistant | US Law Firm

We're delighted to be partnering with a prestigious US law firm, who are seeking a Team Assistant to join their London office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual looking to establish or further develop their career within a leading international law firm. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the fee earners, PAs and wider team receive first-class administrative assistance that will aid in making their day's seamless!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the office
  • Assisting with the preparation of documents and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls and internal events
  • Supporting travel bookings and itinerary management
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Assisting with finance-related administration, including expenses and invoicing support
  • Managing shared inboxes, calendars and team resources
  • Liaising with fee earners and various departments to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience within an administrative or office support role within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • Confident communication skills and a professional manner
  • Someone eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within a law firm
