Band 4 Clinical Pathway Administrator

The post holder will be expected to work as part of the ophthalmologyteam and will build relationships with key staff providing an efficient, reliable service for patients. The post holder must be flexible in their approach and be able to work with administrators and medical staff at all of our six sites, providing cover as required.

The administrator is responsible for overseeing the patient pathway for our Ophthalmology clinics and for delivering a high standard of administrativecustomer care to a wide range of client groups, including the multidisciplinary team, patients, relatives and their carers., We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Clinical Pathway Administrator to support the delivery of the Ophthalmology situated at the Royal Free Hospital.

This post is a fixed term post covering secondment leave.

This is a busy and a fast paced role within the Ophthalmology department The incoming post holder will need to have good attention to detail, be patient focus and demonstrate the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will also be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
