Leading Global Investment Firm | Mayfair | Immediate Start

We have a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available, highly organised and numerate Executive Assistant to join one of the world's most successful investment firms on a long-term temporary basis.

Working closely with the Senior EA and Office Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the team during an exceptionally busy period of growth. A key focus of this assignment will be assisting with a backlog of historic expenses and finance-related administration, alongside providing hands‑on EA support to one of the firm's busiest and most in‑demand Managing Directors.

This is a varied, fast‑paced role requiring someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of tasks and provide invaluable support wherever needed.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Processing, reconciling and clearing a backlog of historic expenses.
  • Providing diary management and scheduling support for an exceptionally busy MD.
  • Assisting the Senior EA with a wide range of traditional EA duties.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with various administrative projects and office‑related tasks.
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all finance‑related administration.
  • Providing flexible, proactive support to the wider team during a particularly demanding period.
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has solid EA experience gained within financial services, ideally investment management or private equity.
  • Is highly numerate, meticulous and has an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Has strong experience managing expenses and finance‑related administration.
  • Is professional, polished, hardworking and naturally proactive.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment and is happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks.
  • Is a genuine team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Is immediately available and able to commit to a long‑term temporary assignment.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain further exposure within a world‑renowned investment firm, working alongside an accomplished support team in a dynamic and highly successful environment.
