Building positive client relationships and following through on requests.

Welcoming new members and explaining building access and facilities.

Showing prospective members around the shared lounge and passing enquiries to the sales team.

Administration

Receiving and distributing post, parcels and deliveries, and arranging outgoing post and couriers.

Managing meeting room bookings and accurately recording client requirements.

Checking screens and basic meeting equipment, seeking assistance when needed.

Clearing and resetting rooms between bookings.

Keeping reception, the shared lounge and communal areas tidy and welcoming.

Monitoring and replenishing everyday supplies.

Day-to-day building support

Carrying out simple checks and reporting cleaning or maintenance issues.

Assisting with straightforward practical tasks, including arranging furniture and organising shared areas.

Supporting opening and closing procedures and following building security arrangements.

Referring technical faults to the facilities or operations team.

Clear verbal and written communication.

Confidence using email, Microsoft Office and straightforward booking systems.

The ability to prioritise tasks and follow through on requests.
