Job Description & How to Apply Below
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO, COO & CFO

We're looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO, COO, and CFO. This is a true three-way executive support role: you'll manage the competing demands of three senior leaders with distinct working styles and priorities, keeping each of them focused on what matters most by taking ownership of everything else.

You'll be trusted with highly sensitive commercial, financial, and strategic information, and will act as a key point of coordination between the executive team, the Board, and the wider business. This role suits someone who thrives on complexity, anticipates needs before they're asked, and takes genuine pride in running a tight, well-organised operation behind the scenes.

About Sokin

Sokin is a next-generation B2B financial services provider, enabling businesses to make and receive global payments with greater speed, lower cost, and total transparency. Our mission is simple: we’re simplifying global business - so businesses thrive wherever they choose to grow.

We Deliver Services Across
  • Global payments and receivables
  • Foreign Exchange (FX)
  • Treasury management
  • Finance Reconciliation

We are rapidly expanding, with established presence in EMEA, APAC, and North America. Backed by a strong global infrastructure and industry-leading partners, we are redefining how businesses move money worldwide.

Our clients span industries from sports and entertainment to logistics and travel, and our community is growing rapidly. As we continue to expand, we’re building a team of exceptional people who share our ambition to transform the future of global payments.

Key Responsibilities Diary & Time Management
  • Proactively manage complex, frequently changing calendars across three executives, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising time against commercial and strategic importance, not just urgency
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, offsites, and leadership sessions, ensuring the right people, materials, and follow-ups are in place
  • Protect focus time for all three executives, pushing back on low-value meeting requests where appropriate
Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport, with contingency plans for changes
  • Manage visa, expense, and travel policy compliance, and resolve issues in real time while executives are travelling, across time zones
Board & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for Board members, investors, senior clients, and partners on behalf of the executive team
  • Manage highly confidential information (financial, commercial, and people-related) with absolute discretion
Financial & Operational Administration
  • Manage expense processing, invoice approvals, and budget tracking for the CEO, COO, and CFO, liaising closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Support the CFO with logistical coordination of audit, fundraising, and governance processes, including document collation and meeting scheduling
  • Own general office and operational administration for the executive team, including supplier and vendor coordination where relevant
Project & Executive Support
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and research on behalf of the executive team, synthesising information into clear, actionable summaries
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO, COO, and CFO
  • Build strong working relationships across the business to get things done quickly and smoothly on behalf of the executive team
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally across more than one executive simultaneously
  • Experience working directly with Founders is highly valued, given the pace, informality, and evolving priorities typical of founder-led businesses
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environment, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders without dropping details
  • Absolute discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive commercial, financial, and personal information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with Board members, investors, and senior leaders
  • Highly proficient with standard productivity and calendar tools (e.g. Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), with the…
